DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
Upon leaving our warehouse, every shipment is thoroughly inspected and tested for
quality. Please verify that your product is accurate and undamaged upon delivery. Product claims must be made within 72 hours if a product is missing or damaged. In the event of a missing or damaged product during delivery, please contact us immediately. We will ask you for a full description and review the circumstances and issue you a product return slip and return shipping label, as appropriate. The product will be replaced by us or refunded at our discretion.
Please note that we do not accept returns or any of our items. Our products are classified as products for consumption and therefore returns are not accepted.
